Kalikhman & Rayz LLC is a personal injury law firm based in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2005, the firm has historically handled a variety of different case types in addition to personal injury including immigration, DUI and criminal cases. In early 2023, K&R hired Pareto Legal to help reposition the firm, optimize their marketing and advertising investments and increase their personal injury case volume.

Our Approach

Landing Page Enhancements

Pareto Legal’s website assessment realized that key, high-traffic pages weren’t turning website traffic into qualified leads. We prioritized our optimization efforts on those pages and incorporated new features such as a Google review widget to showcase K&R’s excellent client reviews, Intaker live chat to give website visitors another method of contacting the firm, and click-to-call functionality to make it easier for website visitors on mobile devices to call the firm with one click.

We also made sure that these pages highlighted the firm’s focus on motorvehicle accident and personal injury cases.

Local Service Ads Optimizations

We reviewed K&R’s Google Local Services Ads account and found that it was incorrectly set-up to target general law firm leads, which explained why the firm had historically been spending thousands of dollars a month on poor quality leads.

On top of that, we helped K&R automate their Google review requests via ReviewTec, which enabled the firm to add over 250 5-star reviews over 9 months and ultimately made their local service ads stand out vs. their competitors’ ads.

Tracking Implementation

The Pareto Legal team helped K&R improve their marketing analytics by inputting unique tracking IDs into their lead management software (Lawmatics) and case management software (Clio).

Not only did this help the firm calculate a more accurate digital advertising ROI, it enabled our team to send that valuable data back into our advertising campaigns so that we could prioritize K&R’s advertising spend on campaigns, audiences, ads, and keywords that were driving good quality leads and actual cases.

The Results

Within 9 months of our engagement, Pareto Legal was able to take Kalikhman & Rayz’s personal injury case volume from an average of 10 cases/month to 35 cases/month – a 250% increase! This milestone has now set the firm’s sights on becoming an 8-figure practice within the next 5 years; a lofty yet attainable goal that the Pareto Legal team will be helping to make a reality!
